Support · We stay useful after launch

Good handover is a beginning, not a goodbye.

For current clients and teams considering a next step: here is how to reach us, what to include and what ongoing support can look like.

Choose a pathway

Make the next move clear.

01 · Current project

Talk to your project lead

For active delivery, use your agreed project channel. Include the decision needed, relevant screen or record and any timing constraints.

02 · A product issue

Send a useful issue report

Choose a category in your subject: access or permissions, defect or unexpected behaviour, content or data issue, or enhancement request. Note the affected project or reference and explain what you expected. Remove sensitive personal data from screenshots.

03 · A future need

Explore maintenance or a change

Use the project enquiry form to discuss a new feature, integration, review or a time-bounded maintenance arrangement.

Routine requests are usually acknowledged within two working days. Time-sensitive requests are reviewed by the next working day. Critical service blocks should also use the escalation route agreed in your project handover; this public form is not an emergency channel.

Support request

Give us the useful context.

Please avoid including passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.

Include steps to reproduce, what you expected and the impact on work.

A handover that travels well

What we leave with your team.

We make the context behind a product usable for the people who maintain it.

01

Product context

Key user needs, workflow maps and the decisions that shaped the release.

02

System guide

Architecture notes, environments, dependencies, permissions and integration boundaries.

03

Quality trail

Test coverage, known limitations, issue triage and release checks.

04

Ongoing options

We can agree a maintenance block, a review cadence or a clear end-of-engagement handoff.
